Coach Development

Whilst a coaching qualification is an essential part of a journey into angling coaching, it is still only the start of a coach's journey. Passing your driving test does not mean you are Lewis Hamilton, and getting your angling coaching qualification does not mean you are a great coach.

Upon qualifying, it is essential to recognise that this is only the start and that to become a great coach you must continue to learn and develop: this includes taking part in further training, qualifications and CPD.

Angling Trust CPD

The Angling Trust will be running a series of CPD days accessible to Licensed Coaches at a significantly reduced rate. The CPD days will look to run further training and coaching specialisms adding to the knowledge of angling coaches.

CPD days will be delivered on demand and must be filled to allow them to run. If you are interested, please contact us on coaching@anglingtrust.net
