The main reasons that we have identified from people who call us with a problem logging in to their Members Area are forgotten passwords or attempts to renew their membership prior to 3 months before the member's renewal date.
If you have these kind of problems please either use the "Forgotten Password" process and we will automatically send a new password to your registered email address, or just give us a call during our office hours on 0844 77 00 616 (select "Option 1" - calls cost no more than 5p a minute). We'll gladly call you back if you ask.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS: YOUR MEMBER AREA
All Angling Trust members have access to an online "Members Area" where they can renew online, update their membership address or email address, change their membership area password or request a membership password reminder.

CLUB PRIMARY CONTACTS: YOUR MEMBER AREA
The membership area is where a club's nominated "Primary Contact" (usually the Treasurer or Secretary or whoever deals with the club's administration) can administer the club's "Find a Club" listing, a valuable free listing on our Find a Club mapping software which allows potential members or day ticket customers to find the club's location and make contact with the club. Many of our member clubs have let us know that this is a great way to increase their membership and generate day ticket income.
At the moment we don't have the facility for clubs or organisations to register or renew online but this will be coming soon. In the meantime please call us on 0844 77 00 616 (select "Option 1" - calls cost no more than 5p a minute) to sign up your club over the phone.
