The Angling Trust and Angling Times NEW and IMPROVED National Fishing League 2015-16 is here!

The National Fishing League is the Angling Trust/Angling Times National Fishing competition that rewards regular participation and performance from match/club anglers.

The National Fishing League is another great way to compete against other anglers and gives you the chance to be crowned the National Fishing League Champion! And it’s totally FREE to take part!

Anglers Clubs and Fisheries can register through their Angling Trust Regional Officer (see details below)

Winter, Spring & Summer NFL Dates

Summer NFL
Will run from 11th July 2015 through to 11th October 2015 (4 months)

Winter NFL
Will run from 7th November 2015 through to 7th February 2016 (4 months)

Spring NFL
Will run from 12th March 2016 through to 12th June 2016 (4 months)

A Fishery or Club can register one match per week. These will be weekend matches only. The Fishery or Club sends the results to their Angling Trust Regional Officer.

How the points system will work:

A Fishery or Club can register one match per week, and  will send their Angling Trust Regional Officer one match result per week.

Fishery/Clubs can register either a Saturday or a Sunday as their NFL points counting match. Midweek matches do not count towards the NFL.

An angler can score points from one match per week only. Anglers can fish twice a week, but only their best single match/points per week counts to the NFL.
