Recent years have seen illegal fishing increase dramatically in a number of areas of the country and many thousands of fish being killed in fisheries by anglers with no permission to fish there. The Angling Trust's "Building Bridges" project, part funded by the Environment Agency, improves understanding in Eastern European communities of the bye-laws and angling culture of this country.

Radoslaw Papiewski, Building Bridges Project Officer needs you to hear from you if you have:
  • Evidence of poaching incidents, or any other illegal angling activities on or near your waters
  • Planned events or matches to which we could invite members of the Eastern European community
To contact us regarding this project, please e-mail Radoslaw at radoslaw.papiewski@anglingtrust.net

Before you contact Radoslaw read more in the Building Bridges project page HERE. Posters in Eastern European languages and anti fish theft signs are available for download from that page.
