30.04.15  Simon Colclough takes the lead at Makins Fish ‘O’ Mania

Thankfully heavy rain which had made for some difficult journeys gave way to decent sunshine before the start signal of the Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier held at Makins Fishery, Nuneaton on Wednesday 29th April 2015. However, the resultant drop in water temperature and continuing cold wind prevented this prolific venue from giving off its best.

27.04.15  Sensas Mark One angler Josh Pace wins top spot at Moorlands Farm Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier The previously forecast rain didn’t materialise for the 5th Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier held at Moorlands Farm Coarse Fisheries in Hartlebury on Saturday 25th April 2015, and the competitors had quite good conditions for catching fish being mainly overcast and a slight breeze to ripple the lakes.

Despite a rush hour closure of the M25 all but one of the competitors made it in time for the fourth Fish ‘O’ Mania qualifier at Gold Valley Lakes, Aldershot on 22nd April 2015.

Forty competitors faced poor fishing conditions for the first Angling Trust and Canal & River Trust Stillwater Championships Qualifier, held at Boddington Reservoir on Sunday 19th April 2015.
